Mr. Junnarkar, Principal, joined from Russell Reynolds Associates’ Global financial services practice. He has broad financial services search experience in various sectors, including alternative and traditional investment management, wealth management, investment banking and private equity. Mr. Junnarkar has executed senior level assignments across various functional areas including Chief Investment Officers, Institutional Capital Raisers, Portfolio Managers, Equity Analysts, Risk Management and Investment Banking.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2005, Mr. Junnarkar spent the previous six years as an Investor Relations Consultant, most of which were spent as a senior member of the Investor Relations Consulting practice at Thomson Financial. While at Thomson Financial, he was responsible for consulting senior management at large-cap, publicly traded companies on their investor relations outreach efforts, specifically focusing on facilitating relationships between senior management and portfolio managers/investment committees at top- tier asset management firms.

Mr. Junnarkar began his career as a registered sales representative at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, and is currently an active member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA). He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University.
