Ms. Yie, Managing Director, joined from Spencer Stuart’s European financial services search practice. She has extensive financial services search experience in various sectors from investment management to retail/consumer banking to private equity and across functions from senior management to derivatives sales & trading.

Ms. Yie’s search experience includes working with the Financial Services Practices of Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds Associates. While at both Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds, she completed searches for various sectors including investment management for both private and public equity, wealth management, consumer/retail banking and private equity for domestic and cross-border assignments. Functionally, Ms. Yie’s search experience includes senior management hires at the C-level as well as senior sales directors and financial product specialists.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Yie was a portfolio manager with Security Pacific Bank’s New York based asset management subsidiary. She began her career as an Analyst with Kidder Peabody in New York.

Ms. Yie is a graduate of Brown University with a BA in Economics.
